On December 13„ 2010, the Partfes executed Agreement for Professianal <br /> Services; and <br /> B. The Parties have negat�ated and agreed to amendments adding additional <br /> work and increasing the f�e to be paid as set forth ira the arnended Exhibit A, attach�d to <br /> and incorporated herein by referenc�. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideratron of #k�ese recitals and the mutual cove�ants <br /> contained herein, the Parties a�ree as follows: <br /> 9. City will pay ConsuPtant for afl work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" an a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Twenty Eight <br /> Thousan� Five Hun�r�d Seventy Three Dol�ars ($28,�73), for an aggregate Contract <br /> amount not to exceed the sum of One Hundred Thir�y-Sev�n Thousand Five Hundred <br /> One Qollars ($137,501). Cansultant will provide City„ on a monthEy basis, copies of <br /> invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours perfarmed, h�urly rates, and related <br /> acti�ities and costs �or ap�ra�al by City. <br /> 3. Cansultant wi1[ campl�te all work described in Exhibit "A" by January 30, <br /> 2012. <br /> 4. All ofher provisians of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effsct, <br /> 5.
