In ordet that the warlc <br /> may be completed and said Pz'opef�y be established as a fi�lly occupied ��esidential cammunity as <br /> rapidly as passible, nothing in this Declaration shall be understood oi� construed to: <br /> A. Pre�ent Declazant, its co��tractors, or subcontt°acto��s fi�orn doi�lg on the <br /> Property or any Lot, whatever is reasonably necessary o�• advisable in connection with the <br /> completion of said wor�c; or <br /> B. Prevent Declarant ot' its representatives froin erecting, constructing, and <br /> inaintaini�g an the Property {except t�pon Lots owned by others) such structures as rnay be <br /> reasonable and necessary fa�� the canduct of its business of completing said worlc and <br /> �stablishing said P�•opez�ty as a residential comtnunity and disposing of tl�e same in pat•cels by <br /> sale, lease, o�• otl�ei�vise; at• <br /> E.
