Attachme 7.C. - Page 5 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING HISTORIC <br /> PRESERVATION AGREEMENT FOR 1842 WHIPPLE <br /> AVENUE, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on February 10, 2011, the Historic Resources Advisory <br /> Committee considered and recommended the historic landmark designation for <br /> the single family residence and property located at 1842 Whipple Avenue, <br /> Redwood City, California ; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 6, 2011, the Planning Commission considered <br /> and recommended to the City Council that said property be designated a historic <br /> landmark; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 6, 2011, the Planning Commission <br /> subsequently considered and recommended to the City Council that a Historic <br /> preservation agreement be approved for said property pursuant to the <br /> provisions of the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance; Chapter 40 <br /> Section 40.5.K; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a resolution designating said <br /> property a Historic Landmark. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The above recitals are accurate and constitutes findings in <br /> this matter. <br /> Section 2. Historic preservation agreement for said property is hereby <br /> approved pursuant to the Redwood City Historic Preservation <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. This Resolution is effective upon its adoption. <br /> *** <br />
