Gernand, R. Holt, N. Jabba, and Chair <br /> Rolandelli, <br /> COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: M. Bursak, K. Eakin, J. Pellizzer <br /> STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: C. Jany <br /> GUESTS PRESENT: Susan McClellan, property owner of 1842 Whipple <br /> 1. 1842 Whipple Avenue: <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:20 PM <br /> The Chairman re-iterated the previous HRAC action which recommended that <br /> the property be designated as a Historic Landmark, which would make it <br /> eligible for a Mills Act Contract agreement. The applicant submitted a <br /> proposed 10 year improvement list which would be included as part of a <br /> future Mills Act Contract. The HRAC members and property owner reviewed <br /> each item on the list, verified the applicable field conditions and discussed the <br /> timing (specific years) for the implementation of each proposed <br /> rehabilitation/repair action. <br /> The applicant to revise the timelines and draft contract accordingly (item #7 <br /> was removed) and a recommendation was made that the property owner <br /> incorporate the following: <br /> "Optional work at the discretion of homeowner: <br /> That the homeowner investigate the replication/reconstruction of the <br /> original apron at all windows." <br /> M/S Holt/Jabba. Recommended to the Planning Commission that the proposed <br /> Mills Act contract be approved as modified. Unanimously approved. <br />
