EXHIBIT B— RATES AND PAYMENTS <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> FY 2011 - 2012 <br /> In consideration of the seroices provided by Contractor in Exhibit A, County shall <br /> pay Contractor based on the following fee schedule: <br /> A. Rates of Payment <br /> 1. For the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, payment <br /> shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> ($150,000), subject to availability of funds for AOD Prevention <br /> Services and satisfactory progress by Contractor on contracted <br /> deliverables. <br /> B. Payment <br /> County will pay Contractor the total contract amount in twelve (12) <br /> monthly payments based on the payment schedule below. In no event shall the maximum, but not <br /> guaranteed, compensation for the agreement term exceed ONE <br /> HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000). <br /> D. County anticipates revenues from various sources to be used to fund <br /> services provided by Contractor through this Agreement. Should <br /> actual revenues be less than the amounts anticipated for any period of <br /> this Agreement, the maximum payment obligation and/or payment <br /> obligations for specific services may be reduced at the discretion of the <br /> Chief of the Health System or designee. <br /> E. Budget modifications may be approved by the Chief of the Health <br /> System or designee, subject to the maximum amount set forth in <br /> Paragraph C. of this Exhibit 6. <br />
