' <br /> (c) Applicant shall deposit with City the sum of $500, <br /> the condition of the deposit being that it shall be <br /> refunded to the applicant in the event applicant's <br /> hereinafter described property is annexed to the <br /> City o£ Redwood City wi'thin two years from the date <br /> of adoption of this resolution. <br /> 3. The property hereinabove referred to is more parti- <br /> larly described as follows: <br /> A portion of Lot 6, Block 26, Oak Knoll Manor <br /> Subdivision, said portion being as shown on <br /> Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein as if set out in full herein. <br /> 4. The permit herein granted shall not be effective until <br /> such time as the owner of the above described property accepts <br /> the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of himself and his <br /> successors in interest to the above described property. <br /> 5.
