PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SUCH TERRITORY AS SHOWN BY THE LAST EQIJALIZED.ASSSSSMENT. ROLL BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY:, WF�REAS, on the lst day of November, 1965, the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4813, giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its own motion the anne3cation to the City of Redwood City of that certain territory designated as "Laurel Way Anne�cation"; and WF�REAS, this Council did in said Resolution No. 4813 set and designate December 20, 1965, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour and place when and�where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; and WI�REAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to said proposed annexation, and to the time(s) and place(s) to ,. which said hearing was continued, and has at the hearing i.n open public.session duly asked for protests, if any,;:to the proposed annexation and has given all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation and has received evidence relevant to such annexa- tion; NOW, THEREFORE: The Council of the City of Redwood City dces hereby find and determine that protest to the proposed annexation to the City of Redwood City of the territory designated as "Laurel Way Annexation" and more fully described in that certain Resolution
