ROLL <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY:, <br /> WF�REAS, on the lst day of November, 1965, the Council of <br /> the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4813, giving <br /> notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its <br /> own motion the anne3cation to the City of Redwood City of that <br /> certain territory designated as "Laurel Way Anne�cation"; and <br /> WF�REAS, this Council did in said Resolution No. 4813 set <br /> and designate December 20, 1965, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in <br /> the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour and <br /> place when and�where said Council would hear protests against <br /> said annexation; and <br /> WI�REAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time <br /> and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests <br /> to said proposed annexation, and to the time(s) and place(s) to <br /> ,. <br /> which said hearing was continued, and has at the hearing i.n open <br /> public.session duly asked for protests, if any,;:to the proposed <br /> annexation and has given all persons full opportunity to protest <br /> said annexation and has received evidence relevant to such annexa- <br /> tion; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City dces hereby find <br /> and determine that protest to the proposed annexation to the <br /> City of Redwood City of the territory designated as "Laurel Way <br /> Annexation" and more fully described in that certain Resolution <br />
