, ' WHK:yc:l/3/65-7 <br /> r� • � <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O_ � <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> STREETS.AND OTHER.FACILITIES - DOUGLASS AND WOODHOUSE <br /> WF�REAS, Douglass and Woodhouse has applied to the City of <br /> Redwood City for•a use permit for the development and use of that <br /> certain 4.6 acre, more or less, parcel of property in the vicinity <br /> of Maple Street, Bayshore Freeway-and Blomquist Street; and <br /> WI�REAS, said use permit was issued subject to certain <br /> conditions including the execution of an i.mprovement agreement <br /> to assure installation of improvements required by the Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> WF�REAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council an agreement prepared in accordance with the Planning <br /> Department's recommendations; <br /> NOW, TE�REFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: . <br /> That.certain agreement (form dated 1/3/66) relative to the <br /> improvement of Blomquist Street across the northern end of that <br /> certain 4.6 acre, more or less, pascel of property in the vicinity <br /> of Maple Street, Bayshore Freeway and Blomquist Street, as well <br /> as other improvements on said land, between the City of Redwood <br /> City and Douglass and Woodhouse, presently on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk and incorporated herein as if set out at length <br /> herein, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> � <br /> � <br /> b <br /> A <br />
