_ • � REG.ek 12/15/65-7 <br /> . : ', <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 0 3 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTARY•AGREEMENT FOR <br /> ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING, <br /> COMMUNITY PARK . . <br /> YIF�REAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> ment by and between the City of Redwood City and Bernard G. <br /> Nobler, supplementing that certain agreement entered into by <br /> said parties under date of July 23, 1965, for architectural <br /> services for a multipurpose building to be constructed in <br /> Community Park; and, <br /> WE�REAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOI�TS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Supplementary Agreement, <br /> Community Park Building, Architectural Services," by and be- <br /> tween the City of Redwood City and Sernard G.
