Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission is hereby author- <br /> ized to grant an exception for the above described property to <br /> permit the creation of two lots, one of which will be less than <br /> 50 feet in width on the front property line, which exception does <br /> not meet the lot design standards specifi.ed in Chapter 30 of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. The subdivision which may be authorized by the Planning <br /> Commission shall be substantially in the form of that map marked <br /> "Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set <br /> out herei.n in its entirety. <br /> 3.
