- - � � <br /> � through a title insurance company satisfactory to <br /> the City and shall furnish to the City without <br /> cost td the City a policy of title insurance <br /> insuring title of said easement in the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> (b) The applicant shall construct and dedicate, at <br /> _ applicant's sole cost and expense, a six inch <br /> vitrified clay sewer main within the easement to <br /> be granted from applicant�s property to the exist- <br /> ing manhole in Oak Krioll Drive, a distance of <br /> approximately 180 feet; The sewer line shall be <br /> installed under City supervision and the applicant <br /> shall deposit with the City Engineer the sum of <br /> $100 to cover the cost of inspecting the installa- <br /> tion of the sewer main. In the event any portion <br /> of such $100 inspection deposit is not utilized <br /> by the City to cover the actual cost of inspections, <br /> the City shall refund said excess amount. <br /> (c) The permit granted herein shall be further sub,ject <br /> to all of.the provisions of Chapter 27 of the <br /> Municipal Code relating'to sewers, sewage disposal <br /> and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions <br /> and ordinances of the City of Redwood City, The <br /> " owner of the hereinafter described property shall <br /> pay such sewer rental fees as are established by <br /> the City for properties located outside of the <br /> City of Redwood City, <br /> (d) The applicant shall pay a sewer connection fee of <br /> $625. <br /> (e) The applicant shall deposit with City the sum of <br /> $500, the condition of the deposit being that it <br /> shall be refunded to the applicant in the event <br /> applicant's hereinafter described property is <br /> annexed to the City of Redwood City within two <br /> years from the date of adoption of this resolution: <br /> 3. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> A portion of Lot 4, Block 19, Oak Knoll Manor <br /> Subdivision _said portion being as.shown on <br /> "Exhibit A,�' attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein as if set out in full herein. <br /> 4. The permit herein granted shall.not be effective until <br /> such time as the owner of the above described property accepts <br /> the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of himself and his <br /> successors in interest to the above described property. <br /> 5.
