� <br /> • �..: ^ s � � WHK:yc:12/6/65-7 <br /> , <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. -��� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE <br /> NEW FIRE TRUCK TO.BE PURCHASED BY.THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; 1�ND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK <br /> TO CALL FOR BIDS'THEREFOR <br /> � <br /> WF�REAS, there have been presented to this Council speci£ica- <br /> tions revising those certain specifications approved by Resolution <br /> No. 4801, adopted October 25, 1965, for one new fire truck to be <br /> used for municipal purposes, to wit, one truck, one-ton cab and <br /> chassis, latest model, eight cylinder; and <br /> WI�REAS, this Council has reviewed the above mentioned <br /> revised specifications and desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for the furnishing o£ <br /> said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ' <br /> AS FOLLOWS: . <br /> 1. Those certain revised specifications prepared i.n the <br /> o£fice of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City <br /> Manager consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, <br /> specifications and bid sheets, for the furnishing of one fire <br /> truck to be used for municipal purposes are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated in the <br /> aforementioned specifications. <br /> * ,r ,t <br /> ��59 <br />
