REG.ek 12/1/65-7 <br /> ' _, � � � . <br /> , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. yCg57 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR <br /> KP,ISEft MEDICAL CENTER; AND, AUTHORIZING ITS ._ <br /> E3�CUTION . _ <br /> WF�REAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> supplementary agreement to that.certain aqreement entered into <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City and Kaiser Foundation <br /> Hospitals, dated December 21, 1964, to effect certain revisions <br /> of the provisions of said agreement; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve said supplementary agreement and authorize its <br /> execution; � ' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLaWS: - <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Supplementary Agreement, <br /> Kaiser Medical Center," by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, a copy of which is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute said agreement for and on behalf of.the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * : ,t . <br /> .
