RESOLUTION CVO. 10- <br />A RESOLUTION of INTENTION of THE PLANNING COMMIS <br />THE CITY of REDWOOD CITY To INITIATE PROCEEDI GS To <br />AMEND THE STRATEGIC GENERAL PLAN of THE CITY OF <br />RE CITR <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City "City"') intends to adopt a new <br />Down <br />Precise Plan to establish zoning regulations and govern development in the downt <br />area of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, implementation of a new Downtown Precise Plan would require th <br />amendment of the Strategic General Plan of the City of Redwood C ("G eneral �[y Plan" <br />to ensure consistency between the proposed new land use designations in <br />the new <br />Downtown Precise Plan Area and the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1 8.61 of the Redwood City Municipal ai Code pro vides <br />adoption by the Planning Commission of a resolution of intention to amen the General <br />Plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, B IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSI <br />OF THE CITY of REDWOOD CITY As FOLLOWS <br />..
