the project that would alter prior environmental findings, conclusions, or mitigation <br />measures; and <br />WHEREAS, at the May 3, 2011 public nearing, the Planning Commission <br />considered the whole of the record, including with respect to the EI R (previousl <br />provided under separate corer) and the Addendum. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the Cit <br />of Redwood City as follows: <br />Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereb <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />Section 2. The Zoning Ordinance Amendment was presented to the Plannin <br />Commission at its meeting on May 3, 2011, was filed and made available at the Office <br />of the city clerk, and is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and <br />exhibits presented, the Planning commission finds the Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />to be in the public interest and in conformance with the General Flan and the goals and <br />objectives of Article 41 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City council <br />of the city of Redwood City adopt a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to do following: <br />a. Amend Article 2, Definitions, in substantially the fora attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br />b. Amend Article 3, Designation of Districts, in substantially the form <br />attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />C. Amend Article 30, Ofd Street Parking and Loading, in substantially <br />the form attached hereto as Exhibit ca <br />d■ Amend Article 33, Nonconforming Lots, Uses, Structures and <br />Parking, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D. <br />e. Amend Article 53 to establish a Mixed Use corridor Zoning District <br />in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E. <br />f+ Amend Article 60, Zoning District Boundaries — Maps, to <br />incorporate the establishment of the Mixed Use corridor Zoning District as <br />i <br />depicted n the map attached hereto as Exhibit F. <br />Section 6. The Planning Commission further authorizes staff to make a written <br />report of the findings and recommendations herein, as required by Article 41, Section <br />ATTY /REsO.2125 /MUO Zoning Ordinance <br />042711 <br />
