Mixed-Use Open Space Share. Mixed-use buildings shaN he arranged to create opportunities <br />for open space for the residential uses. In general, open space areas for residential uses shall be <br />separated from nonresidential uses on the site. ftwever, the sharing of open space may be <br />permitted by the responsible review authority when it is ciearthat the open space will provide <br />direct benefit to residents of the project and subject to the fo llewing limitations: <br />at Horizontal Mixed Use Share. Up to .30 percent of the required o en space for residential <br />uses in a horizontal mixed -use project may be .provided within the nonresidential <br />component of the project. <br />bt vertical Mixed Use Share.'
