Architectural Articulation. Buildings in all M C zoning sub - districts shall be designed to <br />,minimize the appearance of massing and provide for articulation and high - quality design. <br />Buildings shall incorporate at least one of the options provided in items a - Alternatively, new <br />development may provide a narrativ with comprehensive site plans explaining how massing is <br />minimized in other ways. Compliance with this requirement shall be evaluated by the <br />responsible review authority in the review process <br />a. Facade Plane Modulation. Details such as cornices, window trim, changes in material, and other <br />architectural elements that provide architectural interest. <br />7. visual Relationship between Multiple Buildings Mu ltiple buildings on a single site shall be <br />designed to create a strong visual relationship between and among the buildings, while <br />including architectural variety on different buildings. <br />g. Adjacent to Rail. Residential buildings near railroad rights - of - way shall be designed to minimize <br />im pacts associated with noise and vi bration generated in the railroad right -of -way.
