Architectural Articulation. Buildings in all M C zoning sub - districts shall be designed to <br />,minimize the appearance of massing and provide for articulation and high - quality design. <br />Buildings shall incorporate at least one of the options provided in items a - Alternatively, new <br />development may provide a narrativ with comprehensive site plans explaining how massing is <br />minimized in other ways. Adjacent to Rail. Residential buildings near railroad rights - of - way shall be designed to minimize <br />im pacts associated with noise and vi bration generated in the railroad right -of -way.
