Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that: <br />. The project and improvements proposed by Planned <br />Community Permit Application No. PC2 - 2 are <br />consistent Frith, conform to the intent of, and will <br />appropriately implement the North Main Street <br />Precise Plan; and <br />b. The establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br />project and improvements ent proposed by Planned <br />Community Permit No. PC2 9- 2 will not, under the <br />circumstances of this particular case, be detrimental <br />to the health, safety peace, morals or general welfare <br />o persons residing or working in the neighborhood of <br />the project, o r be detrimental or injurious to property <br />o improvements in the neighborhood of the project, <br />or to the general welfare of the City, because the <br />project has been found to be consistent with the <br />community goals established in the City's General <br />Plan and North Bain Street Precise Plan. <br />Section 3. The Planned Community Permit is hereby granted based on <br />the Planning Commission's consideration and reliance on the IS/MND IS/MN and in <br />accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein and <br />conditioned upon and subject to the Conditions of Approval (Attachment and <br />the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment ent 3 all attached <br />hereto. <br />Section 4.
