<br /> Subsites with tab-based navigation, in situ subsite lookup, enhancements to Manage
<br /> Applications, improvements to all calendar controls, enhancements to Generic Query
<br /> Tool,
<br /> • Customer Portal Enhancements. Includes Show Usage report. Requires integration of
<br /> ASP and .Net webs as prerequisite.
<br /> • Ongoing maintenance as required.
<br /> Costs
<br /> KorTech estimates that the items described above will require approximately 375 hours. Exact
<br /> descriptions of the work items and the cost for each item will be negotiated during the period of
<br /> this contract, and it is possible that not all of the items described above will be completed as a
<br /> part of this contract.
<br /> KorTech will bill for actual time worked. The rate for Bill's work is $150/hr, meaning a maximum
<br /> labor fee of $56,250. No other fees will be assessed.
<br /> Proprietary Rights
<br /> I hereby assign to Redwood City all my right, title and interest in and to any and all Inventions and
<br /> Proprietary Rights with respect thereto, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright
<br /> or similar statutes, made or conceived or reduced to practice or learned by me, either alone or
<br /> jointly with others, during the period of my employment with Redwood City which are related to or
<br /> useful in the business of Redwood City or result from tasks assigned to me by Redwood City.
<br /> This shall include trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary information
<br /> of Redwood City. By way of illustration, but not limitation, this includes: trade secrets, inventions,
<br /> mask works, ideas, processes, formulas, source and object codes, data, programs, other works
<br /> of authorship, know-how, improvements, discoveries, developments, designs and techniques,
<br /> information regarding plans for research, development, new products, marketing and selling.
