Council Members discussed the probable patterns of construction in each zone <br /> and the traffic impacts, and their preference for the requirement of shuttle <br /> service "throughout the economic life of the project", including the proviso <br /> drafted by staff, and that the shuttle service not be automatically discontinued at <br /> the option of the developer. Council Members reiterated their commitment to <br /> the residents of Redwood Shores to follow through with addressing traffic <br /> issues the best way possible. <br /> <br /> Councilwoman Steinfeid discussed the Westport development traffic impacts <br /> in te~s of CCAG, ABAG and Bay Area Air Quality Management District. <br /> <br /> MAJORITY CONCURRENCE: Mayor Gasparini declared there was a <br /> majority concurrence to keep the language requiring shuttle service at the fifty <br /> percent occupancy level throughout the economic life of the project and approve <br /> the proviso drafted by staff in the City Attorney's letter of February 27, 1995. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
