M/S: Stangel/Chandler . <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 10054 CONDEMNING BUILDING AT 3-9 DILLER STREET AS A <br /> PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DIRECTING RECONSTRUCTION OR REMOVAL THEREOF <br /> RESOLUTION N0. -10055 CONDEMNING BUILDING AT 11-15 DILLER STREET AS A <br /> PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DIRECTING RECONSTRUCTION OR REMOVAL THEREOF; and <br /> that it is the pleasure of Council that actual demolition, if it is to <br /> be carried out by the Chief Building Official, should not occur until <br /> after December 15, 1985, in order to allow a grace period for the <br /> anticipated new property owner. . , <br /> Resolutions adopted and carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> JACQUE I E C.
