�. � � <br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> N0: 85-157 <br /> � CITY CLERK DEPARIMENT ' ' <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: October 17, 1985 <br /> Attention: City Manager' <br /> City Attorney <br /> Cormnunity Development Director <br /> SUBJECT: Proposed Willow Street Assessment District (407-04) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 14, 1985 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes, Stangel and Mayor <br /> Britschgi . <br /> Absent: None . <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Rhodes/Bury to reverse the prior decision to proceed with an <br /> assessment district on Willow Street, allow the Beltramo's to proceed <br /> with the parking lot for which they have Architectural Permit, and to <br /> look for other alternatives with regard to street improvements. <br /> John Beltramo, stated that he owns 32% of the frontage and agreed to the <br /> proposed assessment district and are willing to pay their portion in <br /> cash for the improvements on Willow Street, but they do not believe they <br /> should pay for all the needed improvements on the street. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> V � <br /> JAC UEL�C.
