. • � � :,�- <br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> N0: 86-225 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City , <br /> DATE: December 17, 1986 <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> City Clerk <br /> SUBJECT: Notice of Intention to Terminate Sanitary Sewerage Services - <br /> Bay Area Circuits (1206-04) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on Dece�er 15, 1986 <br /> Present: Councilmen Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge, and <br /> Mayor Claire <br /> Absent: Councilman Stangel � <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Britschgi/Bury to close the public hearing: The public hearing <br /> closed at 9:30 p.m. <br /> At request of Council, City Attorney Schricker repeated the four <br /> options available to Council. <br /> Mr. Bewley, Manager, South Bayside System Authority, stated that SBSA is <br /> not recoimnending immediate termination.at this time and suggested 90-day <br /> extention and to continue sampling 2-4 times a month on a random basis <br /> and report back to Council. <br /> M/S: LaBerge/Chandler to rescind the motion to close the public hearing <br /> and continue the public hearing open re Notice of Intention to Terminate <br /> Sanitary Sewerage Services - Bay Area Circuits, 91 Winslow Street, open <br /> for 90 days; that the South Bayside•System Authority continue monitoring <br /> and report back to Council, and that the cost of the monitoring be borne <br /> by Bay Area Circuits. <br /> Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> / ��-`�" G� �� �� <br /> JACQt1ELINE.C.
