Change the time limits on free curb parking along Broadway from 2 <br /> hours to 1 hour. � <br /> 2. Do not'convert any of the 10. hour meters. in parking lots to 2 <br /> , hour meters for the time being. <br /> 3. Change the parking meter rates on the 2 hour meters to 5 c�ts <br /> for 12 minutes and to 25 cents per hour. (Do not change the <br /> rates on the 10 hour meters for the time being) <br /> 4. �That a cortQrehensive.parking study, which assists the <br /> implementation of the Downtown Plan be comnenced.' <br />
