Greenalch/LaBerge to deny the appeal of Kenneth J. Graham, owner <br /> of the rental properties at 3426 and 3466 Rolison Road, of.notice of <br /> Noncompliance, and to authorize the Chief Building Official to send the <br /> notice of Noncompliance to the State Franchise Tax Board, and to i�clude <br /> the following findings: <br /> 1) that the condition of the buildings constitute a violation of <br /> State and local provisions dealing with health, safety and <br /> building requirements; <br /> • 2) that the property has not been brought into compliance with <br /> those code provisions within six months after date of notice <br /> given pursuant to subdivision (b) of the Revenue and Taxation <br /> Code Section 17274; <br />
