W. Parsley, based on the following <br /> findings: <br /> � 1. Redwood City has architectural control on single-family dwellings <br /> with respect to roof overhangs, roofing materials, and siding <br /> materials. (Section 45.3-a-3 of the Zoning Ordinance). <br /> 2. A prefabricated metal, warehouse type sloping roof on a dwelling is <br /> industrial, not residential, in character and incortq�atible in this <br /> neighborhood where other sloping roofs are shingled. , <br /> .,; : `� <br />
