The Police Department and.Traffic Engineer shall approve the <br /> proposed moving plan, including the date, time, route, traffic <br /> control, lighting, and elimination of parking. <br /> 2. The applicant shall deposit fees to cover the cost of providing city <br /> personnel to facilitate the building move. <br />
