Councilman Claire <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Chandler/Bury to withhold action on the subject item until January 28, <br /> 1985, pending receipt of answers to questions regarding: 1) whether there is <br /> a specific limit on the amount of mortgage revenue bonds which can be issued <br /> by the City and tlie State; 2) what the effect of increasing the amount of <br /> bonds issued for the Paragon development might be on the City's ability to <br /> issue more of the bonds for similar developments in the future; and 3) <br /> whether there is any effect on the number of units or the rental rates at <br /> which they will be offered to low/moderate income tenants, if the amount of <br /> mortgage revenue bonds is increased as.requested. <br /> Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> � � . <br /> JACQUELINE C.
