s • <br /> �• MINUTE' ORDER . <br /> N0: 85-124 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARIMENT <br /> Redwood City � ' <br /> DATE: August 30, 1985 <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Building Official <br /> SUBJECT: Nuisance abatement, dilapidated building - 851 Brewster (702-11) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 26, 1985 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes, Stangel • <br /> and Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: Councilman Chandler <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Bury/Rhodes to continue the hearing closed for 30 days, and direct <br /> the Building Official to report back as to whether the undesirable <br /> elements of the nuisance (such as security of the premises, health <br /> hazards such as dead birds and bird droppings, rodents, insects, and <br /> similar unsanitary material, and a deteriorated marquee) have been <br /> abated. <br /> Carried by the following roll call vote: <br /> Ayes: Bury, Mosher, Rhodes and Stangel <br /> Noes: Claire and Mayor Britschgi <br /> ,�/ <br /> � , - <br /> JACQUELIN C.
