(The recortanendations are as follows: <br /> 1. It is rat recomnended that stop signs be installed on <br /> Katherine/Fulton and Katherine/Elwood. <br /> 2. It is not recommended that permit parking be established in the <br /> are a. <br /> 3. Tt is recortrtnended that greater emphasis be placed on selective <br /> traffic enforcement in the area by the Police Department. <br /> 4. It is recomnended that discussions be held with the Sequoia High <br /> School District to: <br /> a. Confine student parking on campus with violators subject to <br /> disciplinary action. <br /> b.
