Parking should be free on Saturdays in all lots and adjacent streets to <br /> the downtown corridor except for 18 meters on E1 Camino Real between <br /> Broadway and Brewster. <br /> 2. Free parking should be restricted to two hours. <br /> 3. The City Council should make a policy decision enforcing the two hour <br /> time limit by increasing the chalking and ticket issuing process. <br /> Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> JAC E C.
