� • <br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> N6: 85-22 <br /> _ CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redvrood City <br /> DATE: March 1, 1985 <br /> Attention: City Council <br /> City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Finance Director <br /> SUBJECT: Auditing Services for 1985-86 (702-02) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 25, 1985 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Nb sher, Rhodes, Stangel, <br /> and Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Bury/Claire to instruct staff to solicit proposals from appropriate <br /> public accounting firms for auditing services for 1985-86 Fiscal Year with <br /> the present auditor invited to make a proposal also. <br /> CLARIFICATION: Mr. Tasseff said that if the motion carried he would notify <br /> C.H. Uhlenberg at the proper time of the intent to solicit proposals and ask <br /> them to do so at the same time. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> 7� � <br /> � <br /> JACQU INE C.
