� � � <br /> M I N U T E 0 R D E R <br /> N0: 85-27 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATEi March 7,.1985 <br /> Attention: City Manager ' <br /> City Attorney <br /> Planning Director <br /> Joseph.Scott � <br /> SUBJECT: Appeal from Zoninq Administrator decision - 710 Lincoln Street (203-05) <br /> Meeting of the CoUncil of the City of Redvrood City on March 4, 1985 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes, Stangel; <br /> and Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: None . <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: � <br /> M/S: Rhodes/Bury to reverse the decision of the Zoning Administrator and to <br /> grant the appeal for a variance to allow an illegally constructed dwelling to <br /> remain with substandard conditions at 710 Lincoln owned by Mrs. Carney <br /> Chambers with the following conditions: 1) that in the present two-car . <br /> garage and apron, one garage space and the apron in front of it be assigned <br /> to each of the two dwelling units; and 2) that the fence in the front 15 <br /> feet of the property not exceed three feet in height. <br /> In response to City Attorney Schricker's inquiry for the record, Mr. <br /> Schrceter said that it is his understanding the motion would validate the <br /> second dwelling.as an accessory building on the property. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote <br /> JAC U �INE C.
