Denton of the approval by <br /> the Zoning Administrator of an Architectural Permit for property at 416 <br /> Lanyard, with the following findings: <br /> 1. that the lot coverage does not exceed the zoning limits: <br /> 2. that there are no extenuating circumstances that would require <br /> certification by a structural engineer as to the foundation; ard <br /> 3. that the following reason cited in the appeal, "that the other <br /> inadequacies which may be found upon further investigation," is too <br /> vague upon which to make a decision. <br />
