� � <br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> N0: 84-152 ' <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMEN7 <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: September 21, 1984 <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney „ <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> Planning Director <br /> Director of Fire Services <br /> Police Chief <br /> SUBJECT: Informational Public Hearinq - Circle Road/cul-de-sac (1101- ) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 17, 1984 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, hb sher, Rhodes, Stangel, and <br /> Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: None <br /> ,. <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Stangel/Bury to refer the of the proposed cul de sac of Circle <br /> Road to staff so that they can meet with residents and also hear from the <br /> Police and Fire Departments regarding access and from the Police Department <br /> regarding what is needed in the way of resources to take care of the speeding <br /> and any other traffic problems and report back at a later date. <br /> CLARIFICATION: Councilman Stangel stated in response to request that it is <br /> the intention of his motion that staff investigation and review of the <br /> subject will include the cost of the project and how it would be financed, as <br /> well as the cost of traffic enforcement. <br /> The motion as clarified carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> _ �• , . <br /> � _ , <br /> JACQ INE C.
