. . � � � <br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> N0: 84-190 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: December 5, 1984 , <br /> Attention: City Manager . <br /> City Attorney <br /> Planning Director <br /> SUBJECT: Appeal of decision of Zonin Administrator (203-10) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 3, 1984. <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Nb sher, Rhodes, Stangel, and <br /> Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> Claire/Mosher to uphold the denial by the Zoning Administrator of the Use <br /> Permit and Variance for property located at 2306 E1 Camino Real and 21 Hazel <br /> Street owned by Vartkes Arakelian; that the appeal is denied on the basis of <br /> policy direction given to the Zoning Administrator; and to incorporate the <br /> following findings of the Zoning Administrator: <br /> 1. Auto repair garages are not a permitted or conditionally permitted use in <br /> the "CP" (Comnercial Park) District <br /> 2. The facility, as proposed, does not compare with other permitted or <br /> conditionally permitted uses in the "CP" District, which District is <br /> intended to represent "front door" are as of the City. <br />
