. � <br /> , • M I N U T E 0 R D E R � <br /> N0: 84-79 - . <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT ' <br /> Redwood C9ty <br /> DATE: May 18, 1984 � . <br /> Attention: City Manager . <br /> City Attorney <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> SUBJECT: �Sewer hook-up -- Woodhill Subdivision <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on,May 14, 1984. <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Mosher, Stangel and <br /> Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: Councilman Rhodes � � <br /> Th'e following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Chandler/Mosher to deny the appeal from the staff decision to deny one <br /> sewer hook-up, Woodhill Subdivision, Dividend Development Corporation, on the <br /> basis of the following findings: <br /> a. That no exceptional and extraordinary conditions exist affecting the <br /> . premises; <br /> b. That sewer service is available to the property from the district in <br /> which it is presently located; <br /> c. That were the property to annex to Redwood City, municipal services, <br /> including sewer service, rrould be automatically available from the City <br /> of Redwood City; <br /> and that Richard Oliver of Dividend Development Corporation be referred to <br /> the cities of Woodside and Redwood City and LAFCO to attempt to resolve his <br /> problem. <br /> Carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Mosher and Mayor Britschgi <br /> Noes: Councilman Stangel <br /> JACQUELINE .
