Lee for Conditional Variance to change the driveway width of the <br /> Chevron Self-Serve Mini Market, 2215 E1 Camino Real be denied; to sugggest to <br /> the applicant that the City Council is willing to consider an application <br /> with a redesign of the station layout; and that the following findings are - <br /> made: <br /> 1. that the proposal would cause traffic congestion on a main thoroughfare, <br /> E1 Camino Real; <br /> � 2. that it would enhance the probability of "rear end".type accidents at the <br /> entrance of the site from E1 Camino Real; and <br /> 3. that it would create conflicting traffic patterns in entering and exiting <br /> the site. <br /> The motion carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> , � Ayes: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, hbsher, and Mayor Britschgi <br /> Noes: Councilmen Rhodes, Stangel <br /> �]A� e N� C.
