(City Center Development Company) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 27, 1984 <br /> Present: Councilmen Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, <br /> Rhodes and Mayor Stangel <br /> Absent: None . <br /> The following motion was made-and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Biagi/Rhodes to take no action at this.time and that the City <br /> develop its own, plan so that we can control the development entirely and <br /> sell our plan to a proposed developer. <br /> CLARIFICATION: In response to question, Counci.lman Biagi said that it is <br /> the intention of his motion that the Ostertag development will remain in <br /> any Redevelopment Plan for the Centre Sub-Area. ' <br /> CHANGE OF MOTION: Councilman Biagi, with the consent of his second, split <br /> his motion making it that no action be taken at this time with regard to <br /> the proposed resolution and that 45 days be allowed for discussion and <br /> acceptance of proposals from any other prospective developers of the <br /> Center Sub-Area. <br />
