March 22; 1984 <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Police Chief <br /> SUBJECT: Certificate of Public Convenience and NecessitY (D.Kirrunel) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 19, 1984. <br /> Present: Councilmen Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes and <br /> Mayor Stangel _ <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: .. <br /> M/S: Mosher/Claire to withhold action on the subject application until it <br /> has been determined by the Police Department that all of the taxicabs <br /> proposed to be operated in the City, meet the standards of the City's <br /> ordinance. - <br /> CLARIFICATION: It was stated that it is the intention of the motion that <br /> at such time as the subject application is again placed on the City <br /> Council Agenda that it will be accompanied by a report from the Police <br /> Chief that the designated vehicles meet the City's taxicab standards. � <br /> The motion; as clarified, carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> JAC E NE C.
