Avenue (ALISAL LAND C0.) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 26, 1984 � <br /> Present: Councilmen Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes and <br /> Mayor Stangel <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Biagi/Rhodes to continue the public hearing on the Abatement of <br /> Public Nuisance at 851 Brewster Avenue, belonging to Alisal Land Co. for <br /> ' 30 days and that the building is to be boarded up, the exterior cleaned up <br /> � and generally it is to be made fully secure to the satisfaction of the <br /> Building Department and the Fire Department by Friday, March 30, 1984, and <br /> that at the conclusion of the 30-day period the City Council will take <br /> whatever action might be indicated. <br /> In response to question, Mr. Radcliffe agreed to the motion. <br /> CLARIFICATION: In response to question of Councilwoman Mosher, Councilman <br /> Biagi stated that it would be the intent of his motion that the Building <br /> Department'would continuously monitor the condition of the building during <br /> the 30-day period. <br /> The motion carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmen Biagi, Britschgi, Rhodes and Mayor Stangel <br /> Noes': Councilmen Bury, Claire, Mosher � <br /> JAC NE C.
