�' � <br /> MINUTE ORDER , <br /> N0: 84-60 RD <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT _ <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: April 3, 1984 � <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Planning Director <br /> SUBJECT: Participation agreement - Boardwalk Volkswagen <br /> Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on April 2, 1984 <br /> Present: Councilmen Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes�and <br /> Mayor Stangel <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: . <br /> M/S: Britschgi/Mosher to take into consideration the City's expectation <br /> that Safeway Stores Incorporated will present a proposal for the entire <br /> area including the subject site within a week or two and continue <br /> consideration of the proposed participation agreement with Boardwalk <br /> Volkswagen for four weeks. <br /> Mr.. Smith noted that Boardwalk Volkswagen has an application for a use <br /> permit scheduled to be heard by the Zoning Administrator on April 4, <br /> 1984. <br /> AMENDMENT TO MOTION: Vice Mayor Britschgi, with the consent of his <br /> second, amended his motion to continue the item for two weeks, until the <br /> April 16, 1984 meeting. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
