� � <br /> � MINUTE ORDER <br /> N0: 84-69 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: April 27, 1984 <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation <br /> Director of Human Resources <br /> SUBJECT: Senior Citizens Advisorv Committee recommendation <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on Apri1 23, 1984 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Chandler, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes, Stangel, and <br /> Mayor Britschgi <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Chandler/Mosher to continue consideration of the subject recommendation <br /> pending receipt of statistics from the Parks and Recreation Department on <br /> active seniors who are not residents of Redwood City. <br /> CLARIFICATION: Councilman Chandler stated his definition of "active" would <br /> mean participation as well as officers and committee chairmen of senior <br /> organizations, including Fun After Fifty and others in the City. <br /> AMENDMENT: Councilman Chandler, with the consent of his second, added that <br /> the item is to be continued to May 7, 1984. <br /> The motion as amended carried by majority voice vote which Mayor Britschgi <br /> determined to be 5 to 2. - <br /> JACQUELI C.
