Award of Contract - Stulsaft Park Road Repairs Project <br />Staff contact: Brian Lee, Senior Civil Engineer 780 -7391 blee @redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the standard form <br />contract for the Stulsaft Park Road Repairs Project to McNabb Construction <br />Inc. of Lafayette for their responsive and responsible low base bid of <br />$107,828.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />B.
