INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Verifieation af Coverage - Praject Sponsox shali provide the Air District certifieates and/or other evidence of the ir�surance caverage required below. The Air District reserves the right to require Project Sponsor to provide complete, certified copies of any insurance affered in compliance with #hese specifications. Certificates, policies and other evidence pravided shall specify thafi the Air District shall receive 30 days advanced r�otice of cancetlation fram the ins�rers. � Acceptability of Insurers Insurance is to be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best's rating of no less than A: VTI. The Air Distxict �ay, at its sole discretion, waive or alter this requirement or accept self- insurance in lieu of any required po�icy of insurance. Minim�m Scope o#' �nsuraance Throughaut the Term of the Agreement, Project Sponsor shall abtain and maintain in full force and effect the insurance as set forth below.
