<br /> No assurance can be given that any current tenant in either of the two buildings that are
<br /> owned by SIZI Eight in the Center will continue its tenancy for any particular time. Special
<br /> Taxes are levied on the fee title owner of the respective parcel, and the payment of the Special
<br /> Taxes are the responsibility of the fee title owners of the Taxable Parcels on which they are
<br /> levied.
<br /> SRI Eight has advised that, although it listed the parcels it owns in the Center for sale in
<br /> 2011, it subsequently pt�lled the property from the market and has no current plans at this
<br /> time to remarket the property.
<br /> Special Tax Allocation. The table below shows the Taxable Parcels in the District that
<br /> are stzbject to the levy of Special Taxes and each parcel's share of the total Fiscal Year 2011-12
<br /> Special Tax levy of $2,004,079.90. Based on the records of the County Tax Collector, the first
<br /> one-half of the Special Tax levy for 2011-12 (that would be delinquent if not paid by December
<br /> 10, 2011) has been paid for each of the Taxable Parcels.

<br /> Note that the amount of the 2011/2012 Special Tax levy was based on the debt service that
<br /> was projected to be due on the Prior Bonds on March 1, 2012 and September 1, 2012. The
<br /> Prior Bonds will be defeased on the date of issuance of the Bonds and will be fully redeemed
<br /> on March 1, 2012 (see "PLAN OF REFUNDING—Redemption of Prior Bonds"). Accordingly,
<br /> it is expected that future Special Tax levies on the Taxable Parcels in the District will be
