If the Contractor has filed a valid appeal regarding the report of audit findings, recovery of the <br /> overpayments will be deferred until a flnal administrative decision on the appeal has been reached. If the <br /> Contractor loses the final administrative appeal, Contractor shall repay, to the State, the over-claimed or <br /> disallowed expenses, plus accrued interest.
