to the City Council as set out in Section 29.8 within fifteen (15) days from the date of the <br /> notice of the determination thereof, unless such appeal be sustained, the Engineer shall <br /> forthwith repair the walkways. If, upon appeal to the City Council, the requirements of the <br /> original notice are modified, in making such repair, the engineer shall be governed by <br /> such modification. <br /> Section 23. Section 29.76 of the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding appeal of <br /> determination of Park Superintendent for permits to cut or remove trees is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> 29.76. - APPEAL FROM ACTION OF PARK SUPERINTENDENT: <br /> Any person aggrieved by any act or determination of the Park Superintendent in the <br /> exercise of the authority herein granted shall have the right of appeal to the City <br /> Manager, whose decision, after public hearing of such matter, shall be final and <br /> conclusive. Such appeal shall be filed within fifteen (15) days of the date of the notice of <br /> decision and shall be processed and heard in accordance with the provisions of Chapter <br /> 1 of this Municipal Code. <br /> Section 24. Section 30.68 of the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding appeals of tentative <br /> map determinations is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 30.68. - APPEALS; ADVISORY AGENCY: <br /> Any interested person may appeal from any action of the Subdivision Committee, the <br /> Community Development Director or the Planning Commission, whichever is applicable, <br /> to the Planning Commission with respect to determinations by the Subdivision <br /> Committee and Community Development Director and to the City Council with respect to <br /> final determinations by the Planning Commission, provided, however, the decision of the <br /> Planning Commission on matters appealed to it is final and is not subject to appeal. All <br /> appeals must be filed within fifteen (15) days of the date of the notice of decision and <br /> shall be filed, processed and heard in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of this <br /> Municipal Code. All such appeals and the hearings thereon shall be conducted in the <br /> manner provided by sections 66452.5 (a) and (b) of the Government Code. Notice of <br /> such hearings shall be given in the manner specified in sections 49.1, 49.2 and 49.3 of <br /> the Zoning Ordinance. Every such appeal shall be accompanied by a filing fee <br /> established pursuant to Section 30.70. <br /> Section 25. Section 30.139 of the Redwood City Municipai Code regarding appeals of <br /> Condominium map determinations is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 30.139. -APPEALS: <br /> Any person aggrieved by a determination of the Planning Commission pursuant to this <br /> Article may appeal such determination, decision or action to the City Council by filing a <br /> written appeal within fifteen (15) days of the date of the notice of decision. Such appeal <br /> shall be filed, processed and heard in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of this <br /> Municipal Code. The appeal fee established by City Council resolution must be paid at <br /> the same time and together with the submittal of the appeal. <br /> Section 26. Section 32.95 of the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding appeals of Transient <br /> Occupancy tax determinations is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 32.95. - GENERALLY: <br /> ATTY/ORD.362/AMENDING MUNI CODE APPEAL <br /> REV: 12/13/71 <br /> Page 10 of 17 <br />
