Section 20.71 of the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding appeal of <br /> determinations of the Public Works Director regarding an earth hauling permit is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> 20.71. - APPEALS: <br /> In the event an applicant for a permit hereunder disputes the determination of the <br /> Director of Public Works with respect to the conditions attached to a permit, including the <br /> designated routes to be traveled under the permit, or the amount of the fee, the applicant <br /> may appeal such determination to the City Manager in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 1 of this Municipal Code. <br /> Section 13. Section 20.75.6 of the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding appeal of <br /> determinations of the Traffic Engineer or Public Works Director regarding interstate access truck <br /> terminals is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 20.75.6. - APPEAL PROCESS: <br /> A. If the Traffic Engineer or the Director of Public Works upon review of the Engineer's <br /> decision denies a terminal designation, disapproves a route designation, or revokes a <br /> previously approved terminal or route, the applicanUterminal owner, within fifteen (15) <br /> days following the date of the notice of the decision of the Traffic Engineer or Director of <br /> Public Works, may appeal said decision to the City Council in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Chapter 1 of this Municipal Code. <br /> B.
