EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> Due to the delay in the refunding, Consultant will provide additional work and services in <br /> order to refund the bonds including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Participate in Teleconferences in connection with the second pricing of the <br /> bonds. <br /> 2. Prepare draft of 10b5 opinion; distribute to all owners. <br /> 3. Revise and review the Preliminary Official Statement with new figures. Publish <br /> the final Official Statement. <br /> All for an increase in fees of$15,000 for a total Contract fee of$35,000. <br />
